Hi, I’m Deeps I have over 12 years of experience in Early Years. I joined the team at Premier Lodge in October 2023 as a Nursery Practitioner and moved onto be a Deputy Room Leader. My passion and love for working with and supporting Children with additional needs led me to become the SENDCo at the nursery in September 2025. I have achieved my Level 3 SENDCo award and am trained in early interventions including Talk Boost and WELLCOM.
