My name is Rachel. I have been working in childcare for over 15 years. I am qualified in level 3 in children’s care, learning and development. I really enjoy looking after children and caring for their needs and interests. I have worked with children of all ages, from babies to preschool age. As well as being Deputy, I am the Lead Practitioner of Investigators room. I love bringing new ideas to Investigators room, exploring different activities and sensory experiences and being imaginative. I have completed a range of courses to support the diverse needs of the children within the nursery such as Makaton, Sing song and sign, Autism training, Health and Safety to name but a few. I enjoy baking cakes, travelling and exploring different places, going on walks and finding new places to visit and spending time with my family and friends.
