Our 2-3 year old room cares for 16 children and offers a homely, exciting and enriched environment where children can develop their self-confidence and seek out their experiences.
Here in our second of our 2-3 year old rooms, we focus on the seven areas of learning in the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum. Our daily routine includes creative play, storytimes, singing, curiosity play, letters and sounds, early mathematics and planned trips to our soft play area, garden and local outings.
Our children also take part in a weekly sports session with a qualified sports coach and a weekly Jo Jingles session with Victoria.
We plan fun and exciting opportunities for children to express themselves and their emotions. children are supported in forming their early friendships, and fundamental social skills are supported including an understanding of rules and boundaries, turn-taking and forming positive social interactions.

Our newly joined dedicated Room Leader Martha has completed her Level 6 qualification in Children’s Care, Learning and Development and has over 12 years experience of working with young children.
